Travelling is always and adventure, but travelling with children is a challenge. With young children it is always go and one only gets to see the most relevant things of a place. Other times, however, it is thanks to the little devils that we discover little jewels.  Travelling with our "princess" and  "hooligan" we have discovered some of the most beautiful villages in France and Italy. Pushing prams, go-chairs, carrying nappies and picnic bags is more our "travel style". Sleeping in camping sites rather than 4 o 5 star hotels where our "darlings" would cause disrepair. Eating picnics and fast food rather than five course meals in fancy restaurants... that is us! There are several points to take into account when you ...

To help you look slimmer and taller without having to sweat endless hours exercising or a life time dieting, you can follow the following tips. Define your Waistline: To make your waist look slimmer there is nothing better than dresses that mark your waist with a thin belt.  Thin belts or wrap around dresses where you can control how much cleavage you want to show are best, they not only give you a waist but enhance your hips to show off a curvier body. Remember that one-piece dresses look sleeker. Less is more: Show off your curves in well-fitting clothes. If you try to cover up in baggy clothes you'll look like you're fat. Instead, emphasize your thinnest part, just underneath your bust with belts and wrap d...

Having a multilingual family I have often ask myself what is the best method for helping my children to learn and be proficient at several languages at the same time.  After 6 years, I am still trying to find the right balance and a concrete answer for this question.  So far, I believe that there is not a best method, but that there are several methods suitable for individual families.  that is to say that for each family there is "one best method" that works for them.  There are clearly some approaches that allow the child to develop the consciousness of two language systems more quickly than others. For example, the most often cited is the "one parent one language" approach.  There is also the family versus community lang...

Did you have any idea how a pet cat can change your behaviour? Or just read this if you are pregnant.

Very interesting information. I used to be a cat lover, but now I think I'll think twice before having a cat at home. It is good to know though that you can get a herbal preparation to help your cat.

Teen Pregnancies!

Bringing up a child is the most difficult task a woman can encounter. It requires unconditional love, patience, discipline and courage. The most difficult thing is to find the right balance between all that. How are teenager girls going to cope with that? I am sure that there are plenty of teenager mothers who are doing a great job, but when they become mothers as part of a pact or game it is entirely different. Babies are not dolls, pets and neither a fashion item. This shows a total lack of respect for human life.

It has some fun places to go with the whole family as well as advice on safety around swimming pools.
