Nigeria derives her nmane from the River Niger, one of the most prominent physical features of the country. Nigeria occupies a total land mass of 923,768 sq.km, and Nigeria is situated on the West coast of Africa.
Nigeria sgares common bounfaries with four countries namely, Republic of Niger and Chad to the North pole, The Republic of Cameron to the East pole and Benin Republic to the West. The country is bound by the Altantic ocean in the south stretching for 823km. Living and dying: Which do you prefer?
Recently, I watched Inception. What a great film. It made me think about death and life.
This was poignant as in the past month I have lost 2 friends and my cat, whom I was very close to. Death of others makes me question my own life.
As a nurse it was part of a standard nursing assessment form to address living and dying with our patients. With little information on how to go about it, we were just supposed to address this aspect of a person’s health.
The truth is that I never used to discuss it.
I assumed that because someone was breathing that they must be living. How wrong could I have been?

Here in the US we drive on the right hand side of a two lane road and the steering wheel is on the left side of the car. We have what we call freeways that are not free because we pay taxes to build them but they are not toll ways except when they are attached and you have no choice but to pay the toll. The rules of the road are that the far left lane in a multi lane pathway going the same direction is the emergency and passing lane most places here. Most often many use this lane as an unofficial fast lane and go over the speed limit both civilians and emergency agencies and law enforcement. The only people I see getting speeding tickets are civilians.

Do you like to go it alone, or could you use a little help occasionally?
Everyone needs a little help every now and again. I am certainly no exception to this.
When I set out to create some new Mp3 downloadable products and write my book on the first 15 steps of the Walk Innovation process I needed help to find out if they hit the spot.
I wrote to my database and asked for some volunteers to help me with product testing and proof reading.
I have to say that I have been bowled over by the response.
