Spent much of the week's dream time in places and situations that were nightmares on steroids; this morning’s dream/walk was interesting in that a friend had picked me up from a tourist summer tropical market, she said of the past week hoped that I would see that I should be who I am not what others want me to be. That’s a tough one for most of us.  We place conditions on ourselves and others not giving ourselves or others the chance to be who they are. I had forgotten is that what’s around me is much better than the realities of the recent dreams.  In these dreams I was an observer not a participant making choices or an active part of the dream.  We can observe yet making choices and being ourselves makes active participation a fully involved reality.  Although I have been actively opposing judging of myself and others it has been a huge factor in my not living recently.  Through judging myself and others my mind had closed becoming what I know is self destructive and damaging; I had been judge jury and executioner.   Yes that is how most of our society/culture operates.  The Song “for what it’s worth” by Buffalo Springfield the words, “step out of line and the man comes and takes you a way” is an example of that.  It’s not that we step out of our line it’s that we step out of someone else’s judgment.

I have written several journals here and commented on many and am appreciative of the opportunity.  In the dream that prompted this journal (the last one) where my friend, Reiki or God the process, or program or software or this planet we journey through space on who appeared as a she friend; I did not recognize the message or who it was coming from just as if I were conscious right here right now. That of course is a great debate that of who and what God is and if this is real or an illusion and many have spent countless hours, centuries both in lecture halls outdoor stadiums and at the office cooler discussing philosophy, religion,  politics and love or loss of.

If you choose be yourself today not the one others expect or that you have determined that you should be pull from your core...

Dave, you so graciously commented on my first journal and I thank you sincerely for that...

I love dreaming and although I still do not keep a daily dream journal as yet, I do note down dreams that feel really strong or I feel their importance in some way or matter or that stays with me for days, I know all dreams have meaning and I believe that dreams are the souls way of talking to us for whatever reason, maybe cause the head is too busy or we are just blind to the matter at hand, if that makes sense!

What I got from your posting was just be myself, me and I... :)

It does take courage to be yourself and not what others expect or want you to be. Looking forward to more of your writings...
